BLACK Bar & Grill | 14-16 April

Enjoy an enviable Easter lunch or dinner at BLACK Bar & Grill with wine specials and a delectable menu designed by Executive Chef Dany Karam featuring wood-grilled southern rock lobster with wakame butter (market price); whole pan-fried john dory with vadouvan, cauliflower, golden raisin and crispy curry leaves ($67); or tender beef wellington with foie gras, mushroom duxelles and bone marrow sauce ($90). Sokyo | 14–16 April

Satisfy your sweet tooth this Easter at Sokyo and indulge in Executive Chef Chase Kojima's distinct Easter dessert and an enticing cocktail from Good Friday to Easter Sunday. Treat your tastebuds to the festive dark chocolate nest, orange chiffon cake, salted caramel mousse and popcorn ice-cream ($14) and sip on the raspberry delight cocktail of gin, chataignes salamandre, ginger, elderflower and grapefruit juice, topped with raspberry, cherry and vanilla foam ($20). Balla | 14, 15 & 17 April

Slip into one of Sydney's favourite Italian restaurants, Balla to indulge in the renowned à la carte menu designed by Executive Chef Gabriele Taddeucci, featuring organic ingredients, sustainable seafood and free-range meats. There's something for everyone at Balla, as most dishes are gluten free and can be adapted to any kind of dietary requirement. Harvest Buffet | 14-17 April

Celebrate Easter with the whole family at Harvest Buffet and enjoy sumptuous seafood and Easter specials over the Easter long weekend. The normal buffet will be available for lunch on Good Friday ($45.90) and Easter Saturday ($55.90). Families will enjoy a special visit from the Easter Bunny along with face painting for kids on Easter Sunday. Fat Noodle | 14-17 April

Spice up your long weekend at Fat Noodle with Luke Nguyen's stuffed crab shell with flying fish roe, asparagus and siracha mayo ($21); and wok-tossed Moreton Bay bug in aromatic curry jus, served with jasmine rice ($32).

Food Quarter | 14-17 April

Take your pick at the Food Quarter with roasted rack of pork, crushed kipfler potato, roasted fennel with red wine jus ($21); Queensland slipper lobster fettuccini with creamy pesto sauce ($19.50); and steamed whole barramundi with Szechuan chilli sauce and steamed jasmine rice ($26.50).

Sydney's hottest rooftop bar Sky Terrace is closing for the autumn season and will be celebrating on Easter Sunday with a silent disco.
